On October 17th, PT partner INOVA+ delivered three interactive “Train the Students” sessions at Manteigas Schools Group/Cluster, involving 42 students as part of Erasmus Days celebrations.
Under the theme “Building the Future: Young Europeans in the Digital Age,” the sessions focused on promoting digital literacy and autonomy.
The workshops began with a brief introduction to the A3Learning project and the Erasmus+ programme, followed by discussions on what it means to be a European citizen and the core values of the EU.
This discussion set the stage for the main activity, where students worked in groups to create digital posters on the topic “What does being an EU citizen mean to you?” using the Canva platform.
After completing their posters, students engaged in a reflective discussion on both the topic and the use of digital tools, uploading their final creations to the A3L platform profiles.
The event was an engaging and practical way to foster digital literacy while encouraging students to think critically about their role as European citizens.
