We are excited to announce the completion of the A3Learning project teachers’ training in Bulgaria, held in August and September, 2024. The sessions offered a combination of face-to-face and online formats, with in-person training in August and virtual meetings in September. A total of 10 teachers participated, gaining hands-on experience with the A3Learning platform, community section, and our competence model.
Feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive. Teachers highly valued the competence model’s five modules, praising both the content and practical applications. The tools and examples provided were particularly appreciated, with participants agreeing that these resources would be beneficial in both classroom settings and daily teaching activities.
Student training in classrooms is planned for late November or early December, and we are currently collecting feedback from the participating teachers. One key point raised by teachers was the adjustment to a blended learning approach, as it is not widely used in Bulgaria post-COVID. However, they found the idea of assigning individual online projects and materials for further self-study to be a valuable addition to their teaching methods.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue implementing A3Learning in Bulgarian classrooms!
