A3Learning Sofia, Bulgaria: A3Learning Multiplier Event

On May 27th, 2025, the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) hosted a successful Multiplier Event for the „A3Learning — Learning Anywhere, Any Time from Anyone“ project — at its Center for Innovative Educational Technologies (CIET). The event was organized by the Bulgarina Development Agency (BDA), which is a partner in the project.

The ME brought together 39 teachers from various high schools in Bulgaria, all interested in learning how to apply flipped classroom and blended learning approaches in their daily teaching practice.
A3Learning is an Erasmus+ project that aims to modernize the way learning happens by supporting teachers, students, and parents with digital tools and practical resources. The project’s main goal is to make education more flexible and learnercentered, so students can access knowledge both inside and outside the classroom. By combining online self-study with active, engaging lessons at school, A3Learning shows how flipped and blended learning can help students become more motivated and independent.

During the event, participants were welcomed by representatives from BDA and CIET, who emphasized the importance of educational innovation and the role of teachers in shaping modern learning environments. The project team presented A3Learning’s goals, main results, and its multilingual educational platform, which offers free online courses for teachers in English, Bulgarian, Czech, Portuguese, and Italian. These courses cover key topics such as planning flipped lessons, using digital resources effectively, and involving parents as partners in the learning process.

Teachers also explored ready-made materials for students and parents that can help strengthen the link between school and home learning. An interactive demonstration of the platform allowed participants to try out its features and discuss how to adapt
them for their own classrooms. The lively workshop session encouraged teachers to share ideas on how to design lessons that motivate students to prepare at home and participate more actively in class.

The event concluded with a Q&A session, where teachers exchanged valuable feedback and expressed strong interest in using the platform and materials in their schools. All resources are freely available at www.a3learning.eu and www.a3learningplatform.eu.

With this successful Multiplier Event, A3Learning took another important step in spreading innovative practices that help teachers bring the idea of Learning Anywhere, Any Time from Anyone into everyday teaching — making education more engaging, accessible, and future-ready for all.
